Enjoy course meals themed around the four elements

The interior and exterior are designed to make the most of the iron left in the ruins of the ironworks.
You will see wisteria trellis at the entrance, iron, skylight and marble inside the restaurant.
Preserving the remains of the old ironworks, we designed the restaurant so that you could feel the history of the building and our spirit in this extraordinary space.

Four elements are the concept of our dish.
Fire = Food heating and heat transfer methods.
Earth = Soil carefully selected and vegetables grown with heart and soul of the farmers and the plates made from soil.
Water = A strong preference for the water you drink and the water we cook with.
Air = Scent of herbs and natural flavor of food.

Four elements that are considered necessary for our life.
Restaurant “GENSO” was opened with the hope that you will be able to perceive and feel the nature,
including the four elements, from which we benefit from in a certain way in the restaurant.
Setting the theme of four elements for dish, we would like you to enjoy seasonal food, dish, tableware,
space and situation at the time. We hope you are also satisfied with the other side of the meal.
